RENEWING YOUR MIND THROUGH THE WORD

 "NOW YOU ARE CLEANSE THROUGH THE WORD WHICH I HAVE SPOKEN TO YOU! JOHN 15: 3" 

The bible says you are cleanse through the word. The word of God has cleansing power to purify any soul ! Its has the cleansing power to renew your spirit. Jesus told his disciple you are cleans because of the word your heard. When we accept and apply the word of God in everything we do, it produce the life of God in us. Mary accepted the word of God and the word became flesh in her womb. The word produce life in her. In the same vain, when we accept the word of God and apply it on our daily life, its produces the life of God in us.

" I am the true vine, and my Father is the husbandman. Every branch in me that beareth not fruit he taketh away: and every branch that beareth fruit, he purgeth it, that it may bring forth more fruit. Now ye are cleans through the word which i have spoken unto you. Abide in me, and I in you.......If ye abide in me, and my words abide in you....... John 15:1-7 KJV"

We can  abide in Him through the word, because it is the word that will create the life of Jesus in us. Your mind is a major factor that needs consideration. The body only carries out what the mind is filled with. For example, if want to go shopping it begins with your mind, if you want to read and you made up your mind to do so, you find yourself reading. To abide in Jesus you must renew your mind daily with the word of God. 

" I beseech you therefore, Brethren, by the mercies of God, that ye present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable unto God, which is your reasonable service. And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that .......... Romans 12:1-2 KJV".  God warn us not to be conformed to this world. To be conformed to this world means to be controlled by the works of the flesh.  "This I say then, walk in the Spirit, and ye shall not fulfil the lust of the flesh....... Now the works of the flesh are manifest, which are these Adultery, fornication.........Gal. 5:16-22 KJV."

Now we known what it meat to be conformed to this world, God warn us against being conformed to this world but we should renew our mind through the word of God. The word of God purifies and its produces the life of God in you. Study your Bible daily.

OVERCOMING FEAR

 FOR GOD HATH NOT GIVEN US THE SPIRIT OF FEAR; BUT OF POWER, AND OF LOVE, AND OF A SOUND MIND. II TIMOTHY 1: 7.

The above scripture reveal that fear is a spirit and such spirit should not be found in believers. The word fear portray diverse meanings, some are real and some are imagined. Some are very serious while others are quite silly. Fear is lack of courage, it means to be afraid. Not all fear are bad, there are some  that are good. Good fears  are those that are necessary to keep us safe. For example; fear of eating too much junk food, driving too fast, fear of fire, fear of God, sin , temptation, false teaching etc. All these kind of fears are good fears. The kind of fear that the bible condemn is the fear that enslave, the one that paralyzes, makes one weak or even control one's life. " The fear of a man bringeth a snare:.............Proverbs 29:25". Fear is a tool the devil uses against us to make us miserable and destroyed our lives. It begins as a thought and then creates emotions that can rule one's life. sometimes it becomes so intense in such a way to make an individual take a foolish action that can ruined his life or prevent him from doing something that will be good for him. 

OVERCOMING FEAR DAILY

To overcome fear daily, you must do the following;

Try to know the source of the fear: What you know does not exercise dominion over fear. Fear is a limit, knowing the source or the causes of a fear is one bold step towards overcoming it. This will make you to know what you are dealing with. 

Involve God: "Trust in the Lord with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding. In all thy ways acknowledge Him, and He shall direct thy paths. Proverbs 3:5-6". To acknowledge the Lord means to recognize that God is supreme and that He has authority over all situations.  "FOR GOD HATH NOT GIVEN US THE SPIRIT OF FEAR; BUT OF POWER, AND OF LOVE, AND OF A SOUND MIND. II TIMOTHY 1: 7". Fear is a spirit and there is a personality or forces behind every fear that enslaves. God has given us the spirit of might, love and sound mind to overcome fear on a daily basis. Power here talks of might. The Spirit of might is the miracle working power of God. The Spirit of might empower you to do the super-extraordinary thing. And of love; perfect love cast out fear. God said He loves you with an everlasting, His love is perfect, so the love that God has towards will always  put aside anything that wants to make you afraid. And of sound mind. having the right mind set will always makes you brave, hence putting fear at bay!!!

 *ENEMIES* has 7 letters,   so does *FRIENDS* . *LYING* has 5 letters,   so does *TRUTH* .

*HURT* has 4 letters,    so does *HEAL* . NEGATIVE* has 8 letters,  so does *POSITIVE* .

FAILURE* has 7 letters, so does *SUCCESS* . *BELOW* has 5 letters,  so does *ABOVE* .

 *CRY* has 3 letters,  so does *JOY* .  *ANGER* has 5 letters,   so does *HAPPY* .

 *RIGHT* has 5 letters,    so does *WRONG* .  *RICH* has 4 letters,   so does *POOR* .

*FAIL* has 4 letters,   so does *PASS* . *KNOWLEDGE* has 9 letters, so does *IGNORANCE* .

*LIFE* is like  a double edged sword but the choice we make determines our future.

 *“I LOVE THIS ANALOGY"*  When *GOD*  wanted to create  *FISH*, he spoke to the *SEA*

When  *GOD*  wanted to create *TREES*, he spoke to the *EARTH*.  But when  *GOD*  wanted to create  *MAN*, he turned to  *HIMSELF*. So  *GOD*  said: 

*"Let us make man in our image and likeness"*.  If you take a *fish* out of the *water* 

it will *die*;  And when you remove a *tree* from the *ground*, it also *dies*.  Similarly, when *man*  disconnects from *GOD*, he *dies.* *GOD* is our *natural environment*. 

We were created to  *live in HIS presence.* We have to be connected to  *Him*  because only with  *Him* does LIFE exist. Let's stay *connected to GOD.* 

Remember that *water* without *fish* is still *water,* but  *fish* without water is *nothing* .

 The *soil* *without* the *tree* is still *soil,* but the  *tree* without soil is *nothing*  ...

 *God* *without* *man* is still *God,* but *man* *without GOD* is *nothing*

WALKING IN GOD'S GLORY

 But we all , with open face beholding as in a glass the glory of Lord, are changed into the same image from glory to glory, even as by the Spirit of the Lord. ( 2 Corinthians 3:18).  

God's glory is reveal when we walk in obedience of His word.

WHAT IS GLORY
Glory is a spiritual tsunami of everything contained in the character of God. Glory literally means the heaviest and biggest attribute about someone. Biblically it is the manifested presence of God, but more than just a presence, it's power. The kind of power that transforms, heals, resurrects, deliver, overcomes etc. 
SEEK AND PRAY FOR THE GLORY
But he, being full of the Holy Spirit,gazed into heaven and saw the glory of God.  Acts 7: 55, NKJV 
The glory of God is a visible power and it takes faith to see the manifestation of God's glory. In the Bible , especially the old testament, the glory appeared as a cloud, smoke or fire. This visible manifestation of God's presence is called the Shekinah glory which means the visible manifestation of God's presence among men. Habakkuk 3:4. 

HOW DO WE PRAY FOR GOD'S GLORY.
The first steps towards walking in God's glory is to pray and seek for it. Moses prayed God show me your glory. Exodus 33: 18.  The apostles in the upper room were praying in unity when the glory appeared. 
PREPARE FOR AND WALK IN GOD'S GLORY

There are diverse degrees of glory. The expect of God's glory you desire is what will manifest in your life. This degrees are known as the realm of glory. There is a glory realm that deals with healing, another with wisdom, another deliverance etc. The first step towards walking in God's glory is love. God is love, where love is, there God is.  It takes faith to receive and operate in the glory realm and faith works by love. (Galatians 5:6). The level of God's glory manifesting in your life is a direct proportion to how you walk in love.
